I miss the friendly tellers. Always enjoyed when I had to stop for the occasion transaction that I could not complete online. Not any more. Today’s teller barely looked at me and acted as though she was doing me a favor. Granted I walked in at 4:40 and they close at 5:00 but I was the only person in the lobby. Sad.
The best team who are understanding! They were able to help me straight out my account even though I came in just before closing. Thank you, Chase Bank team, at Buttermilk Pk.
The bank & staff are always great, it's the ATM that's always the problem.
