The bank & staff are always great, it's the ATM that's always the problem.

I've always hated Chase Bank, but today is a great example of WHY. Called local branch to replace a card, had to push buttons to route call, listen to obnoxious recording about tax forms, then finally routed to rep. That rep couldn't handle it, so transferred us to the Philippines to a rep who asked for ssn... he couldn't find our acct, so said "sorry I can't verify your account" and tried to disconnect the call.
