I recently opened another account at Chase in Neptune on route 66. The gentlemen I dealt with was Louis Bentivegna, and let me say he was awesome. A total professional, polite, respectful and very efficient. A definite reason to go back to Chase. Thank you so much Louis
This bank is unethical. I had a safe deposit box for several years for $40 until they recently increased the fee to $159.94. As a result I closed the account, removed all the contents, and was told the fee would not be charged by the representative who closed the account. The fee still was taken out of my bank account. When I called to inform them I had no service they refused to cancel the fee, and the representative LIED and denied that I had been told there would be no fee. Not a trustworthy bank.
