the teller Andrea was absolutely hell to deal with. She gave me an incorrect amount of money back from a deposit/withdrawal and deposited my money in the wrong account AND said very inappropriate things infront of my children. SHE ALSO had a very strong aroma of Marijuana coming off her and her eyes were burnt RED
Useless bank, ATMs always broken. Terrible customer service.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryce the branch manger who went above and beyond and stayed pass closing time at the branch to ensure that she was able to help me and my husband with our needs. We had several concerns and she was able to answer all questions that we had concerns with. 10/10 I would recommend banking with Chase.
