I’ve never understood the negative reviews of this branch. I have utilized this branch a few times over the past few years and visited again today for a name change request. Raj was quick, personable, and courteous, to the point of making me want to leave a positive review. No complaints from a long term Chase customer
the tellers are disorganized, incapable, or both. teller asked for my debit card and ID, proceeded to run outside to bring another clients debit card that she forgot to give back, returned only to immediately be pulled by the other teller to help him sort out some social security thing. my mom taught me better than to interrupt (sorry mom) but I disrupted their efforts and asked for my credentials back, and left. even if I stuck around and waited I had already lost my confidence in their ability to adequately perform their j... read more
The banker doesn't have experience and even information. I had charged on my credit card even i was payoff before the statement closing date i asked why but they said we don't know even they couldn't explain there their system and they say plz call to number in back of your card maybe they can help whatttttt so why you are here.
Emily was very sweet and her kindness helped my day improve.
I deposited a cashiers check and the teller told me it'd be in my account on Monday. It wasn't, won't ever go back to that bank.
