Had a great experience opening another account with Alex. I've been a chase customer for a while, and this was the easiest (and most fun) I've had doing business at a bank. Alex was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The online appointment system is easy to use and convenient as well.
I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years and have found this branch to consistently be unfriendly and unhelpful.
There is usually a line when we go, but, it's expected on payday, Fridays. However the banking part of it is friendly and as fast as they can be for once again being on usually Fridays. During the week when we have had to do business it's been significantly faster. I don't bank there personally, but, my husband has his personal account there, and he says he wouldn't bank anywhere else.
