Extremely tired of this branch’s ATMs either being out of order or out of cash.
I joined Chase Bank in June. I came into this branch to get some starter checks. Unfortunately, I didn't get this gentlemen's name, but he was super helpful and effective. The process took about 5 minutes. I'm definitely a satisfied Chase customer. I also like how I get text messages when I've used my credit or debit card, get text alerts about my credit card balance, my checking account balance and when I get my paycheck deposited into my account. Super helpful.
