Elkhart branch Chase Bank. Awful customer service. Man with heavy Hispanic accent purposefully hung up on me! Twice! On 11/15/25 approximately 10:35. Go elsewhere! Chase hounds you for personal wealth advisory services yet when you call like normal folks you’re treated unkindly by rude staff. THAT’S IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL DUE TO PURPOSEFULLY SHORT STAFFING LIMITED BRICK & MORTAR BRANCHES! would give ZERO stars if possible.
