The staff at this bank are super friendly and always willing to help out with any questions I have. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I appreciate how quickly they handle transactions. Overall, a solid experience every time I visit!

This bank doesn't not care for it's customers. The "customer service" department treats you like an enemy with verry poor communication skills to top it off.
I attempted to inquire about the amount of money that I could withdraw from an account because funds had been moved around but the banker was so difficult!! Now I have a problem because he was SO not helpful!
