I’m African American and the vibes were off . Was told a appointment time just for me to sit down and be called back up for that time to be rescheduled again . My time was waisted . Very disappointed.

Unbelievable, Recently moved to Syracuse after selling our home. Went to two seperate Chase branch banks in Liverpool to open up new account that would be convenient. Was turned away from both after being told "they were too busy and I would have to make an appointment". I told them if they were so busy they could turn away a new account worth several hundred thousand dollars, as an initial deposit, they did not need my business.
