Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk. Might want to turn the big computer monitors facing the sidewalk around.
Numerous computers with private banking information can be seen from the sidewalk. I even watched one guy put in his log in information.

I remember the good old days… when you walked into the bank and people greeted you with a smile and a welcoming greeting… now it’s not even okay to talk and you should probably cover up your face too. Makes it easier for them to deal with their fear. Heaven forbid if you try to be a human being with a personality. Just do it on line already…why do they even keep these things open if they don’t want to see people. … Phobia much?
Long time Chase account holder. Walked in to speak with someone (anyone) about my accounts. Was told no one available, despite a number of people around who didn’t appear busy. Given a card and told to make an appointment. Called to make appointment. No answer. Left message. No return call. Called bank manager whose number I was also give. Number no longer in service! Good grief. Wonder if Chase head honchos know how dysfunctional this branch is.
