I've been banking with Chase for over 20 years. But this is my first time coming to this branch. The bench is not very big, but nice and comfortable. The line in front of the cashier's counter is moving pretty fast. The sit-down waiting area is comfortable. We talked to J.J. and Sophia at the office about some banking and loan questions. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. J.J. can speak Cantonese. This is very convenient for the Cantonese-speaking customer.

Had a surreal experience with the manager, Paul Johnson, who is unable to answer the simplest questions over email, won’t tell you what documents you need or don’t need to handle any matter, doesn’t understand the basic in and out of custodial accounts, and could not be slower in his arrival at the conclusion that he’s unable to do anything to be helpful. Complete waste of time. Will do my best never to go back to this branch.

Horrible. Local bank does not have anyone pick up the phone. Only says they are busy and to hang up. I’m a Private Client and needed to speak to a local rep.

I try not to rate them they've been great in the past, but they left me no choice. Worst customer experience ever since l've been with them for 26 years I stop by at the branch ask for a manager they said she's not available she will call you back this afternoon that was last Thursday. I've been calling them since last Friday, but yet no one answers the phone...
