Closed with no explanation, with a security guard there to keep you out and provide you with no information. No close sign. There is a single benefit of working with Chase - they have branches everywhere. Without that benefit, Chase is quite literally the worst possible bank to work with, so props to this branch for making that happen.
I scratched my suv on their self service ATM with the narrow pathway with concrete divider that was on your blind side.
They never answer the phone so you have to in person ? It must be time to move my account to Capital One?
I honestly don’t understand how this place don’t got a drive thru atm and the front door doesn’t work so you can’t even access the indoor atm
