Rude and unfriendly stuff. I went today to get copies of my bank statements since I lost my drivers license and they wouldn’t give me my statements because I didn’t have an ID and I was explaining to them the reason why I needed them i ended up going to to UPS And paying for it to get them printed out when I could’ve got them free from my bank! When I moved here a couple years ago, I never thought I would find an institution that matched the friendly, hometown service I received at a small credit Union I used back home. However, I was wrong, and Chase Bank exceeds all my expectations. They are wonderful, and go above and beyond! This morning, I was treated like royalty, and it was almost like being with friends. My only regret is that I did not remember or ask for your names. Thank you so much!
I came to this location to do 3 notaries. They read the paper work ask me questions and after all that he said Angel the he can do only one but latter on today because he can't leave the other teller by her self, when place was empty I just call that laziness.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced Rude and lazy and there is no leader This is not the same Chase I use to visit . employees are Extremely rude and the manager is worthless and uncaring
Great people and super helpful Hopefully they reopen soon
