I sat in the lobby for almost 10 minutes and not one person ever said a word to me. I was the only person sitting down for half the time and then another person came in still no one said a word.
Jonathan valderrama has helped us twice now, he has been absolutely amazing and even took us in as a walk in. the loud guy was also amazing and did a great job with helping Jonathan become an excellent representative. We are happy to switch from USAA to chase. Thanks again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and the staff came across as entitled. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, even when it was clear that customers were waiting and needed assistance. Employees moved slowly, seemed uninterested in resolving issues, and gave off a vibe that customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority.
