Don't bother calling this branch, no one will pick up. I have tried on a few occasions (multiple attempts on different days) to call this branch... no o e ever picks up the phone. After a queue with several prompts the phone will ring a few times and the same voice from the prompts states everyone is busy and hangs up the call. A waste of time and energy. Customer service is poor. Currently standing in the lobby in line waiting for the lady at the counter to finish talking with some in the drive through. There are people waiting for consultation with no employee assistance. One guy just walked out. About 5 people waiting. The manager does not appear to be in any rush to help. One employee is behind the counter not doing anything. Why??? And they only have 20’s. Sad day for this chase.

If anyone wonders why this branch has such low ratings just read the reviews! This is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with! The personal bankers have absolutely no customer service skills. They're rude and unhappy the second you step in the bank. If Chase really cared about their relationship with customers they would fire everyone and start fresh. This branch gives the entire bank a terrible reputation! I will be finding a new bank!
