I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and the staff came across as entitled. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, even when it was clear that customers were waiting and needed assistance. Employees moved slowly, seemed uninterested in resolving issues, and gave off a vibe that customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. This bank always has some sort of issues with the outside ATM Today tried to deposit money and the screen locked up. Can't go inside as they arr oswx very inconvenient to say the least
Don't bother calling this branch, no one will pick up. I have tried on a few occasions (multiple attempts on different days) to call this branch... no o e ever picks up the phone. After a queue with several prompts the phone will ring a few times and the same voice from the prompts states everyone is busy and hangs up the call. A waste of time and energy. Customer service is poor. Currently standing in the lobby in line waiting for the lady at the counter to finish talking with some in the drive through. There are people waiting for consultation with no employee assistance. One guy just walked out. About 5 people waiting. The manager does not appear to be in any rush to help. One employee is behind the counter not doing anything. Why??? And they only have 20’s. Sad day for this chase.
