I love this branch. Great associates. Always pleasant and friendly.
If anyone wonders why this branch has such low ratings just read the reviews! This is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with! The personal bankers have absolutely no customer service skills. They're rude and unhappy the second you step in the bank. If Chase really cared about their relationship with customers they would fire everyone and start fresh. This branch gives the entire bank a terrible reputation! I will be finding a new bank!
Went in to the local branch-to show my ID. The banker told me he could not help with my issue. As he was the only banker in the office. To make an appointment sometime in the next 1 or 2 weeks. Buddy, if you don't make 5 minutes now. What makes you think that I want you as my banker? You just showed me my business is not important to you. Why would I make an appointment to continue to be treated as I do not matter? After reading all these reviews. I wonder what is it going to take for Chase Corp to fix this on going issue.
