Horrible customer service from Ana. 0 willingness to try and solve an issue. Negative attitude

I had a scheduled appointment this morning at 10 am. Upon my arrival, I was left unattended for approximately ten minutes, which prompted me to approach the line myself. I was eventually assisted around 10:20 am, at which point I was informed that my appointment had been given to a walk-in due to my five-minute delay. This is particularly frustrating as I had been denied service the prior week because they were not accepting walk-ins. Probably the ugliest major bank I have seen. Run down and dirty. ATMs are constantly down. Install more ATMs, it's the biggest bank in the US and almost every chase I go to in HTX has ATMs down.
Terrible service waited over 30 mins when it was completely empty !! Also it’s handicap ramp is blocked by a tree stump very dangerous!!!
