Horrible! Went to get documents notarized and was given the run around. Finally was told by the manager that they guy left his notary stamp at home!!! Why did he take it home? She should have sent him home to get it! Ridiculous! All those kids need to be trained for customer service, including the manager!!

I had a scheduled appointment this morning at 10 am. Upon my arrival, I was left unattended for approximately ten minutes, which prompted me to approach the line myself. I was eventually assisted around 10:20 am, at which point I was informed that my appointment had been given to a walk-in due to my five-minute delay. This is particularly frustrating as I had been denied service the prior week because they were not accepting walk-ins.
