I've done business with this branch for years. The customer service is now HORRIBLE (it has been for the past two years now, slowly but surely). Tellers are fake and are not kind nor do they care about the customer! Find another bank - this branch no longer chooses to practice even the most BASIC customer service.

2 employees to help 20 people. Waited in line to get quarters so I can do laundry. But guess what? Gotta have an account for them to do any currency exchange..... Another reason why I'm proud to NOT have an account with Chase.

I had an experience at the Chase Bank (Santee Branch) worth sharing on Citysearch. The reason is stated in the last paragraph. I had a Chase business check transaction. The teller who is actually a manager asked me, “Do you know who our clients’ authorized signers are on this account?”. The question not only made me felt uneasy but I respectfully stated the answer should be found on the Chase system. I was then brushed off to wait in the lobby. Incredible bank. I've been with them for years. First class service. They have helped me resolve purchase issues, fraudulent charges issues and have advised me on loans. Always friendly. I highly recommend this bank. Can't afford a $6 fee? Keep your money under a mattress.

I am a new customer to Chase Bank. I left a different chain type bank, because it seem like you were only a number. The staff at the Clearview location are so nice. I never feel rushed and it seems to me to be an enjoyable enviroment to Bank.

Dear Chase, I miss the good old days when I still had a WaMu account. Free checking, free checks for life, no ATM fees ever, tons of other perks. Then you took over and started being a little bitch, nickel-and-diming me for everything: new checks, using outside ATMS ($5, no less!), too many account transfers in one billing cycle, even ridiculous shit like transferring money online to an external account. Friendlly Neighborhood Bank – It is so nice having a local bank that cares about its customers. It is rare these days. I highly recommend considering moving your money here.
