I I can give 0 I would. I have never had such an unpleasant and disrespectful conversation with a Loan Officer, not to mention the Manager himself. I’m a real estate professional, representing a client that works with Chase in getting their loan funded, I had the manager threatening me that we won’t close in 5 days (the remaining days until closing as per the RPA). Cold attitude, no desire to help customers
they make me come back twice and the second time i came, they asked me to come back again to get other documents. customer service are bad. why is it so hard just to open new account? no one greet you when you enter, maybe they only care about "good" customers. worst banking experience here. im so sorry but this is what i experienced .
