Allen Xia is so rude I dont understand why there is people working customer service while having a rude attitude I never have complaints about chase bit because of him im definitely moving banks So unhelpful and rude
Chris is one of the best bankers ive had here for years. Amazing guy and very knowledgeable. And they do a good job of helping people as fast and quickly as possible keep up the great work !

I I can give 0 I would. I have never had such an unpleasant and disrespectful conversation with a Loan Officer, not to mention the Manager himself. I’m a real estate professional, representing a client that works with Chase in getting their loan funded, I had the manager threatening me that we won’t close in 5 days (the remaining days until closing as per the RPA).
