Employees at this branch are super helpful and nice.
I walked in to a practically empty bank on a Friday afternoon to open a new personal checking account. No customers waiting. They couldn’t manage to find anyone to help me for at least 30 minutes. VERY poor customer service. They should be staffed much better. There were no customers there and they still couldn’t help in a timely fashion, so I left. What is going to happen in an emergency, or maybe even just a normal banking request? Now I am not sure I should bank with Chase at all. Very disappointed. I guess new customers ... read more
