I've always had good service here and thank you for flying the flag
The design in this branch is horrible. There is only one teller counter at the left corner. Three open private rooms are located in the middle. Worst of all, workers in the room are looking at their cell phones and not acknowledging the customers waiting. Today, four customers including me are waiting for teller help. Three workers in the rooms are not helping at all. We are waiting and waiting. Ten minutes later went over to ask one worker in the room for help and was told yes only one teller counter, sorry.
