Trying not to be frustrated but it is always something with Chase. On one hand they have assisted me awesomely and then on the other hand ATMs have eaten my checks or they won't take newer bills. Lines are either really long or like today. There is only 1 cashier and they are away because the system is down. I was advised to come back in an hour. I don't know about you but I work "bankers hours" so that is not possible. I need to get this money into my account and I cannot. I'm sooooo frustrated.

Nina helped me re-open my account and she was great and helpful. Same with teller Stacey. I have no issues with this branch. Getting my account set up took about 40, 45 minutes. A bit long but they had to be thorough. I do wish there were temporary debit cards while I am waiting for my card in the mail. But that's not this bank's fault, it's corporate policy unfortunately.

This branch single handedly made me close my Chase accounts due to their customer service. The phone call I had with a representative at this branch specifically was SO rude in regards to making an appointment that I had to call general support and close my accounts with them afterward because I'd rather not deal with people so rude. On to literally any other bank in the city I guess, hopefully one that teaches their employees how to actually talk to customers...
