I've always had good service here and thank you for flying the flag
The design in this branch is horrible. There is only one teller counter at the left corner. Three open private rooms are located in the middle. Worst of all, workers in the room are looking at their cell phones and not acknowledging the customers waiting. Today, four customers including me are waiting for teller help. Three workers in the rooms are not helping at all. We are waiting and waiting. Ten minutes later went over to ask one worker in the room for help and was told yes only one teller counter, sorry. After a horrorible service at the Crow Canyon branch CA. I waited 30 minutes to renewal my CD. Frustrated and left with no service and not even acknowledge by the branch manager whom I sat next to waiting. The place wasn't crowded either I was the only one waiting for service. I know I should have scheduled an appointment but since I'm off I decided to drop by. Afterall, no sign said I must have appointment. this branch has just one person/desk to help on transactions and they just literally take 30 mins for each person.
I was a little worried because of the reviews, but we worked with Neena and she was amazing. So helpful and kind. Our experience was great because of her!
