Representatives have no manners nor do they accommodate a banker that’s been bank with this bank for over 50 years. They act like I’m a terrorist cause I want to talk to a banker and it’s like a whole production for them when I go into my branch in Skokie I talked to a banker super simple. This branch is pathetic. Won’t be going here again.
I called in this morning to request new debit and freedom bank cards after my phone was lost in an UberEats exchange from Jewel. The phone call was quite helpful thanks to Chase and Cindy who made the process efficient and reassuring. I was even able to expedite the shipping. Thanks!
The receptionist lady at the entrance on Wednesday evening was extremely rude and unpleasant!
I ran in to make a deposit just a few minutes before 5pm, and was not turned away! Very diligent staff. I have been a Chase customer for 20+ years, and have been a happy customer. Highly recommend!
