Worst bank ever
I had such an amazing experience today at this Evanston Chase Branch! I was lucky to meet Iwona today at this branch. Iwona took care of my business and brightened my day. She smiled, talked to me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Iwona is such a warm and pleasant person! She makes difficult things seem easy. If I ever need a real banker help, I would not hesitate to make a trip to Evanston again. I wish Iwona success. For the record: I avoid real bank branches at all cost. Very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL teller name Cindy. I hope the management watch her and train her to how treat the customers with respect and dignity.
I went in today to get ACH set up to pay one of our employees and spent a fair amount of time working with one of the branch managers and associates in getting this accomplished. There was a bug preventing us from using Zelle and after some hurdles, was informed that the ACH payment was set up and set to close today. I was disturbed at 8pm that our employee called and stated they did not get the money.
