I called in this morning to request new debit and freedom bank cards after my phone was lost in an UberEats exchange from Jewel. The phone call was quite helpful thanks to Chase and Cindy who made the process efficient and reassuring. I was even able to expedite the shipping. Thanks!
The receptionist lady at the entrance on Wednesday evening was extremely rude and unpleasant!
I ran in to make a deposit just a few minutes before 5pm, and was not turned away! Very diligent staff. I have been a Chase customer for 20+ years, and have been a happy customer. Highly recommend!
This one star is not for this branch it’s for all chase in general even though they deserve cero. Because, they can kick people out with no reason and for no reason also, they don’t explain it to you when you first open an account. So they use our money and when no need it anymore they start charging for everything. So never come back. Also chase please stop sending letters and emails with your crazy offers I meant stop lying.
