I ran in to make a deposit just a few minutes before 5pm, and was not turned away! Very diligent staff. I have been a Chase customer for 20+ years, and have been a happy customer. Highly recommend!
This one star is not for this branch it’s for all chase in general even though they deserve cero. Because, they can kick people out with no reason and for no reason also, they don’t explain it to you when you first open an account. So they use our money and when no need it anymore they start charging for everything. So never come back. Also chase please stop sending letters and emails with your crazy offers I meant stop lying.
The banker Charles was very helpful and very kind! He quickly helped me to reopen my account and was great at explaining everything. I always appreciate being treated with respect. Little things like that make a difference during stressful times. Thank you Charles, for your help and positive attitude!
Worst bank ever
I had such an amazing experience today at this Evanston Chase Branch! I was lucky to meet Iwona today at this branch. Iwona took care of my business and brightened my day. She smiled, talked to me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Iwona is such a warm and pleasant person! She makes difficult things seem easy. If I ever need a real banker help, I would not hesitate to make a trip to Evanston again. I wish Iwona success. For the record: I avoid real bank branches at all cost.
