This is a WEIRD branch! They have no tellers here. I waited 10 minutes to make a payment on my credit card just to be told they don’t accept cash. This bank doesn’t accept cash!!
Very poor trained bankers. I went with an appointment 2 times to try to open an account with a family member and every time I was missing some form of secondary id. I opened my account and others with chase 3 times before so I knew what I needed. She refused to helped. Went with the same exact documents to a branch in Provo and had Zero issues.
A cashless bank.... what's the point?!?
So what's the point of scheduling an appointment if no one is going to call as stated?! Then I email "Wendy" at this branch because of fraudulent charges that I need to dispute and still don't even get a response to my email! Horrible! Just horrible!
I came by 1.8 Wed 15:30. Even though I am a loyal customer with $18000 in checking (didn’t mention how much money in my account though) I show they the chase card and they told me I can’t use the restroom here it’s not public
