I will give -5 stars if i can. I went there to create an account on Friday May 18th 2018 around 3.50 pm. One of their tellers told me that their manager is the only person working on that day and we need to make an appoinment for some other day. So I made an appoinment for Saturday 19th at 9.15 am. But when I went to the bank the manager said that they don't have an apoinment for me so I have to wait for at least an hour.
Needs mire handicapped parking
Clerks are always unavailable. Not enough staff during lunch time. Slow, it feels like they workers don't want customers to visit this branch.
What a dumb concept. "We're a digital branch" "can I get $20 in quarters for the laundry machine in the dorms?" "We don't handle physical currency, try the bank next door" What is the point? Maybe I'll join Michigan First just to get some quarters.
