They greeted me as soon as I came and immediately directed me to the correct people to take care of my banking. Very nice people.
You're okay for veterans and students I guess, but not for the general population or everyday Americans with your unnecessary fees. My shop has a Charizard coming out of it from the mountains and volcanoes. Not sure what your excuse is.
I visited the bank for opening a bank account. I had an appointment with Mr. Putman II, such a wonderful man who guided me through the process from chosing the account, opening account till cash deposite. I appreciate their effort to make sure the user is familiar with the banking process. If you are planning to open an account, make sure you have an appointment.
