Great experience!
I am a private client member. Walked in to open a business account. The banker asked if I had an appointment. I responded “no”. She asked us (my wife and I) to sit and wait. Her client walked out one minute after we sat down. I waited 15 minutes for her to call me. She did not!!!! And had no one in her cubical! I walked out of the bank. I want her to know that making people wait does not make her more important! It is by taking care of people the one earns respect. I hope she gets this message.
