Easy fast in and out service. The employees are very nice and helpful to customers. Never had no complaints or issues at this Chase branch location at all.
I recently needed to send a wire transfer and visited the branch, where I was assisted by Trevor. He was professional, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service. He’s a great young man with excellent attention to detail—wishing him all the best!

I see why this branch has very bad review. Took a family of four to open checking accounts. They are permanent resident, has SSN and billing proof along with lease agreement in their name. The banker refused to open an account and said try with a credit union (Really!). Had a mailed in coupon that said $300 for a direct deposit said they know nothing about it. When I asked if I can come later the answer was we are busy today and lots of personal bankers are on personal leave. What an awful experience
