By far the best banking experience I've ever had. Two employees in specific, Sue has always made me feel welcome, and almost a part of something. And Dave made my very first checking account extremely easy, and I've always enjoyed greeting them upon entering. Sadly, I'm terrible with names, and even though I've countlessly forgotten their names, they've given me unbeatable service, and even made jokes about it. I haven't found another Chase bank with such hospitality, and I'm sure they just consider it their normal routine.
