I come to this Chase location regularly to cash my work check, which is issued by Chase, and I have never had an issue. Today, my husband, who is Black, came to this same location with a personal check issued through Chase, and he was refused service. He was told they “don’t do that,” which was confusing because I have been cashing my checks here every week.
