My business account had unexpected charges and it was setup for overdrawn protection, these guys managed to charge me 23 insufficient funds in few days leaving me $730 penalty. And when I came to the bank, Vince had no intentions of helping their business customer for the last 6 years. I've had good service here for the last year. I have Amazon, Slate and a business account. I get notary and coffee and ATM too. Country wide banking in almost all states for $12 per month.

I would NEVER bank at CHASE. I am a executer of a estate. The deceased had many banks that I've had to deal with, CHASE was by far the worst. The policy of having to wait 30 days to close a account when you have proof of complete power is absolutely absurd. Chase was the only bank out of 7 that had that ridiculous policy. Having called prior to going the first time only to find out I had to wait 30 days, then waiting over a hour to be told that. I have been given so many different answers for every question!
