I personally know of 5 business owners who are so angry at this branch (Bethel) who are turning away their clients' deposits. These tellers are being told that if the deposited checks do not precisely match the account name ie "LLC; Corp. Etc... its not the tellers fault on Durant Ave but the fault lies with the Branch Mgr and her trainee. I called other branches and explained what was going on and I was told to go to another branch and that this particular branch has had complaints.
