I stopped by this Chase branch recently and was really impressed. While I was being helped, I noticed an elderly woman at the next window who was having a hard time understanding her finances. The teller working with her showed incredible patience, care, and kindness—walking her through everything slowly and making sure she felt comfortable. BANKER NATASHA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Never in my life have I ever recieved such top notch, stellar customer service like I have with Natasha. Not only did she help me in a serious time of need by fixing a huge issue I had, but she personally took the time out to go over my finances and teach me about investing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The clerk in the counter have a BAD ATTITUDE! She is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will make sure the district manager knows how she really is and what unprofessional employee he have working in the counter. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS BRANCH.
I'm posting a review concerning the Chase bank branch located near Publix, Georgia 400, and KIng's Market in Roswell Georgia. I encountered a teller who identified herself as Adena Chin. She needs a course in interpersonal skills. Very unfriendly, combative, and has an attitude in my opinion. The other Chase branches I go to in Alpharetta and Roswell are great. This bank is insanely run down. Their drive up ATM is permanently out of service and the after hours interior ATM can't ever be accessed because the card reader on the door is also permanently out of service. Place might as well not exist
