Terrible Customer Service. They Don't Even Deserve One Star I opened an account with Chase and presented a voucher for the standard $200 promo. After depositing my money and re routing my direct deposit, the $200.00 never hit because the Chase employee failed to enter the promo code. This seemed like an easy fix that a phone call could correct.... NOPE. GOOD LUCK EVER GETTING A HOLD OF THIS BRANCH.
