Honestly this place is so welcoming despite what everyone is saying. When I got here to get a school bank account everything ran so smoothly, I even got a lollipop. The lady attending us was so nice. She made sure we left with no concerns or questions. Now I am working and get money at my back with direct deposit. No problems at all. Keep up the good work guys. Stay strong. 💪 peace ✌️
This is the second time I’ve been INSIDE the Chase Bank branch to take care of business and it’s always an issue at this location. Today I came in to get an account open A school checking for my daughter . first, I was told OK After I explained everything I needed. Then banker says. I have an appointment for 1 o’clock if they don’t show I can help you. the Person show after waiting 10 minutes and now I need all of these other things to open an account .
