Ruined whole situation by talking with very abrasive banker...but Tammy, Aaron, and Nang Dang are friendly and helpful!
I highly recommend this bank and this particular branch. I had a sensitive issue in regards to obtaining a bank account. The personnel conducted themselves professionally throughout the process. They thoroughly researched the issue to make sure that I wouldn't get an account and then later the decision got reversed. This showed great integrity as most banks just want bodies and will go through whatever process it takes to approve a person. The people working cared more about me than my money.
