Erick, Chase's manager at Neenah, and his assistant Matt—I thought they'd be more professional given how long they've been working there, but they're still inept and completely unprofessional.
The people who work at this bank are very kind and friendly. They actually remember my name when I go into the branch.

It’s rare to encounter that level of preparation and composure. It’s easy to see that he’s someone meant for leadership at Chase.
