Extremely rude and unhelpful
I was lied to without even getting my name. The manager even told me the customer representative over the phone lied so he would have to call corporate on them. I told him I wanted to take advantage of a coupon offer that was mailed to me and it was expiring that day. Phone rep said since Coupon code wouldn’t let me do it online that all I needed to do was go in a branch with my license/Id, social security card, and $0 as long as I deposit within 60 days. Absolutely will not being using chase bank ever again after i pay this card balance off!! I have had them lie to me and are very rude when im trying to ask for help!! I have been told one thing while another is done im so over working with chase! I promise I will never open an account at this bank nor do i recommend anyone else they will run your dry, i have never had the problem i have had with this bank at any other bank!!! RIDICULOUS!
Today, i went for loan information in spanish, but the financial represent was in the chat all time and he doesn't do nothing that not good. He is spanish
Not to many employees. Very slow. Tried opening an account for my son. I had to wait an hour.
