I have banked here for many years. The management and staff has always treated me with the best customer service. I have had a couple of delays (<3 minutes) which were security precautions, and I feel that my account is in good hands. I am excited to have Chase in our community. Good job Mrs. Loretta.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife came in with no other customers there. Asked to create a checking account. Was told by staff to sit and wait by the person at the counter for over 20minutes!!!! Nobody else was there! The worker then went up to my wife and then rudely said "Can I help you with something?!?!?!?!" Very rude and unprofessional. Litterally take your money anywhere else. They do not want your business here.
This bank is just a nightmare if you have a business account If you are going to deposit, withdraw, or get cashier check with large amounts be prepared to wait an hour
I drive 45 minutes just to come to this location. This branch has a great staff.
