Never answer the phone, sorry place to work with very inconvenient place to work with, called again a week later and pulled up to the bank, no people there and still no answer, straight trash bank literally go anywhere else straight trash
My favorite bank, we have had some fraudulent charges and they have always had our back.
Avoid at all costs. I went in for a very simple task related to a personal loss. Because of the manager of this location I now have 8 new issues. If she'd done NOTHING it would have been easier. My interaction with this location has made damn sure I close my other chase accounts down permanently.
