This bank is terrible for business accounts. Long unexpected and unexplainable 13 day holds on the checks from my customers. Terrible customer service practice onsite that has no authority to make any decisions to be able to help.
Some woman who answered the phone was being rude and had no patience with me hung up on me while I was speaking "just want to clarify wasn't being rude or anything just talking"
