Card doesn’t work for the door to access the ATM. None of my Chase cards (2 checking and 2 credit cards) super inconvenient especially with it being the only Chase near my destination today.

It’s a good experience however I payed extra for my debit card to come earlier and it didn’t come yet. I also have to call the bank every time I have to wire a transfer. It’s also disappointing.
Horrible customer service. All the females in this branch are super rude & unprofessional.
