I've been banking with this branch for approximately 10 years, and I've generally been very happy with the service. However, I'm extremely disappointed with a recent change regarding ATM access. The ATM vestibule now closes promptly at 5:00 PM, and customers can no longer gain access by scanning their debit card after business hours. Card doesn’t work for the door to access the ATM. None of my Chase cards (2 checking and 2 credit cards) super inconvenient especially with it being the only Chase near my destination today.
I strongly recommend that businesses open an account with Chase Bank. The service is very reliable, and banker Camila Perez was friendly and helpful. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.”
It’s a good experience however I payed extra for my debit card to come earlier and it didn’t come yet. I also have to call the bank every time I have to wire a transfer. It’s also disappointing.
