If you look through the other reviews you'll see the same problems...been with these guys for 2 years..and for 2 years when I have called in, NOBODY ANSWERS , then it either hangs up or sends you to a call center overseas to people who don't even speak English. The last few weeks ive had numerous fraudulent charges on my account. Went in person to the bank and thought I had the issue corrected..NOPE. I have spent 3 and half hours this morning to try and talk to an actual bank employee at the branch I use...NOPE, nobody answe... read more

Anti veteran staff and leadership at this bank, they never answer the phone, and are pretty lost if they do. It’s a disgrace to banking and chase should be ashamed themselves. How do you not answer a phone?
