Most inconvenient bank I’ve ever been to. Can’t just walk in and handle business… everything needs an appointment. I’ll never bank here!
If you look through the other reviews you'll see the same problems...been with these guys for 2 years..and for 2 years when I have called in, NOBODY ANSWERS , then it either hangs up or sends you to a call center overseas to people who don't even speak English. The last few weeks ive had numerous fraudulent charges on my account. Went in person to the bank and thought I had the issue corrected..NOPE. I have spent 3 and half hours this morning to try and talk to an actual bank employee at the branch I use...NOPE, nobody answe... read more
