What a joke this bank is. They will not let you deposit cash into a family member's bank account at there branch. What good is this bank

I showed up to my normal branch that I've been going to for over 20 years. Went inside to withdraw some of my cash they told me unless I had an ATM card I wouldn't be able to get any not even with a valid California driver's license. Really contemplating about moving to a bank like First Republic which will actually give me my cash
