Can’t believe as big of a bank Chase is these freakin ATM’s are always down on lake June and masters. This is very annoying especially on a Friday. Came to another chase off of I30 and Buckner only ONE ATM IS WORKING. Look at this line. This is ridiculous.
Came in with my daughter today for her high school account teaching her how to take care of her own account, she waited in line and teller calls her up. Disregarded anything she was saying and had her have a seat, I was filling out my own deposits. But saw she brushed my daughter off. Ariana the teller I went to helped me and my daughter out with no problem. My daughter told me she said wait but I felt she brushed her off “speaking as a parent”. Ariana kindly helped us both, very helpful. God bless her
