Can't cash anything.. only an ATM pretty much. Why have people working?
I dont understand why all of the Chase banks around me are closed. Im already a Chase customer and need to open a new joint checking account but I'm unable to get anyone on the phone and when I go to the branch they're either busy or not there. This isn't somethin I can complete online it just makes no sense to me why the banks are closed in 2022. I shouldn't have gotten my checking accounts and credit cards with Chase, it's been downhill since I began a couple years ago.
Called them with a simple question and received my answer with attitude. Made me feel stupid.
Will not take cash deposit ..at a bank... Rude customer service
