Customer service dispute/claim team is about as unprofessional and untrustworthy as they come. Horrible experience with them and simply shouldn't be trusted with our $ as consumers. I worked directly with a manager and even he called in and filed complaints against the own place he worked for before he eventually left. Not a good bank and even worse customer service and credit card services/dispute team
