I just got married and went in to open a joint account. They were able to squeeze us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. The branch manager Brain was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My new favorite chase bank!

Awful experience. Managers smoke right by the entrance of the building. (They also light the cigarettes in the bank and then walk outside) You have to walk through it to get it. Once you are in you are spoken to in a degrading manner. Ask for the manager to get a resolution. He will just smirk at you and acts like you are bothering him. Banked with chase for 15 years. Will not be continuing after today's experience.
