I have four accounts with Chase Bank, and this location used to be one of my favorites. Today I walked in and spoke with an employee named Soro (not sure of the exact spelling). I asked to meet with a banker, and he asked if I had an appointment. I said no, and I completely understand that walk-ins may need to wait, which I was fine with. It’s clear that Chase Bank doesn’t care about anyone — not their employees, not their customers. There was a bank robbery just two doors down, and someone was even injured. Instead of closing for everyone’s safety, they stayed open just because it was the 1st of the month and all they care about is money. I felt unsafe walking in and only found out about what happened through other customers. Absolutely no concern for people’s well-being. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
Today Saturday June 28th I went inside the bank and waited for 30 minutes to get kicked out by a teller because they were closing.This is why I avoid this branch all together. They need to hire more ppl
I was a customer there and I asked to use the restroom, the staff told me to go to McDonald next door
This is a bad Chase branch - the drive up ATM machines hardly ever work, customer service isn’t the friendliest/most welcoming, they never have top load envelopes at the ATM inside that are actually large enough to hold multiple bills. I would recommend another branch if possible.
