Today I went bank for check deposit one of the employee was very sweet and she completely understood our situation and helped us Her name is Queenie.
Worst Customerservice for any Chase branch. Every time I go there on Saturday, the banker has no appetite to help me although I am a private client at Chase. I would not go to this branch at all anymore
I originally became a Chase customer by accident—I signed up for the Amazon Prime credit card several years ago and didn’t realize at the time that it was issued through Chase. Once I started using their online banking, I was genuinely impressed. It worked so smoothly that I eventually decided to switch over from PNC Bank entirely, and I’m glad I did.
