On November 10, I was helped by Xavier M. Humphrey, and I want to say he was extremely kind, professional, and very helpful. He explained things clearly — things no one had ever explained to me before. He quickly set up my 4-digit PIN and assisted me with all my questions. A very friendly young man and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Chase. Thank you, Xavier!
My visit to this branch was very disappointing. Back amd forth multiple times with no decision been made from the staff; we can see you then we can't then wait then we can then wait and eventually probably you should try online...... although online already told me to go to a branch to solve my problem!!?
I have four accounts with Chase Bank, and this location used to be one of my favorites. Today I walked in and spoke with an employee named Soro (not sure of the exact spelling). I asked to meet with a banker, and he asked if I had an appointment. I said no, and I completely understand that walk-ins may need to wait, which I was fine with. It’s clear that Chase Bank doesn’t care about anyone — not their employees, not their customers. There was a bank robbery just two doors down, and someone was even injured. Instead of closing for everyone’s safety, they stayed open just because it was the 1st of the month and all they care about is money. I felt unsafe walking in and only found out about what happened through other customers. Absolutely no concern for people’s well-being. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
Today Saturday June 28th I went inside the bank and waited for 30 minutes to get kicked out by a teller because they were closing.This is why I avoid this branch all together. They need to hire more ppl
