This is a bad Chase branch - the drive up ATM machines hardly ever work, customer service isn’t the friendliest/most welcoming, they never have top load envelopes at the ATM inside that are actually large enough to hold multiple bills. I would recommend another branch if possible.

Whenever I need to get something from this bank there's always some issue preventing it despite ample funds. I will never bank with Chase again and neither should you. They make it extremely difficult to access your own money on demand, it is unacceptable from such a large institution
Monica is really making me take my business somewhere else. I’ve been banking with chase for sooo long and never had an issue ever. But as soon as I go try to cash this check out I can already feel her energy and hate.
