As a chase customer for decades, and having a banking question and concern, the last thing I want to hear from staff is that I need to call customer service. Specially having made Chase thousands of dollars in interest and transactional fees throughout the years. All while having the mobile app message advise me to see a Chase location. This is very discouraging and why I can see the poor review standing of this location. Disappointed.
Went in to get some information about opening a business account. Will not come back because as information was being provided, after every sentence or question that was going on in the conversation I kept getting “ But you can’t do that today we are going to close” When the first thing I said to them was, I’m just looking for information. I wasn’t looking to open up anything that day. No worries my business will be going elsewhere.
