Been with chase since the beginning and been to multiple locations. The villages is absolutely the worst branch, never anyone available and they just call customer service for everything. You can’t open a card, account, mortgage or anything here. Don’t waste your time!
Chase is a money grabbing bank. Nasty manager. I closed my account. Their financial "guru" sold me junk and I lost thousands.
Kay and Brandon were excellent!! Best customer service around. Chase is lucky to have them. Kay went above and beyond for me the other day. It's good see that excellent customer service is still alive and well! The property is well maintained as well.
Rude staff do not do business here..
