Worse service, worst chase branch
had my debit card info stolen from the outside ATM at this bank on 4/09/25, tried reaching out to the branch but chase does not allow you to talk to anyone over the phone. *Update* they told me they monitor their machines and there's no way this could have happened (it did.) I've never used this card anywhere but their ATM, ever. card sits in a desk at home otherwise. they were dismissive and certain the info was compromised some other way. would go into the bank if you need to withdraw money lol
I was a Chase Private Client for many years but began to move my funds elsewhere due to a severe decline in customer service. However, I still maintain many Chase accounts. Today I visited this Branch near the Whole Foods Market to make a withdrawal and the blonde haired woman who was working decided to be selective on whom she wanted to personally assist. I will begin to close the accounts I do currently have with Chase but in the meantime, I will not go back to this branch!
