I just tried to open a Chase Total Account with Joint access and Cynthia failed to mention the other ways to waive the monthly service fee of having deposits into the account which I said would have going into the account. She just said "do your research". I tried calling the branch but had no luck getting to anyone. I did not like her undertone and unwilling to help.

Been coming here for years teller are amazing esp the guys never has any issue here, but this past few weeks I had an issue me not being able to cash out of the country even I ask them to unblock my account staff didn’t verify who I am prior to my visit general Manager here lady is so dismissive saying it was noh chase mistake cont to make up lies w no proof that machines are broken in Asia how did this person become a manager in the first place Chase bank please train your staff better. It really depends on who assists you. The experience can range from above-and-beyond five-star service to a very frustrating and rude interaction that feels like zero stars.

Shiva the Vice President assisted me at my appointment, to help me correct a few fees that were erroneously charged to my savings account. Not only did she call the back office, but she even persisted to follow up the next day, to make sure it was resolved. She was professional, helpful, compassionate, and truly caring. Excellent customer service! I will be coming back to this branch often to receive more five star service from this excellent professional. Thank you Shiva!!
