The staff are nice. The location is difficult because the bank clients have to pay to park when using the bank; they said that there is nothing they can do. As an institution, Chase pays almost nothing in interest, so I was paying more in parking fees than I was getting in interest. I moved my money to the credit union and get between $15-$19 in shareholder dividend every month, plus there is free parking. So, I am not going back.
This location with Jennifer and Audrey were so helpful and I would definitely recommend them for appointments and general customer service! Very kind and knowledge.
I called to see about a meeting with a notary public. I live in Indiana and I was buying a car from Ohio on a Saturday. Ohio requires a notary. The notary I spoke with, (name redacted), said she would not notarize it unless the seller was a Chase customer as well! I asked if I could appeal, she said no, I asked if we could pay, she said no.
