I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting time on a Saturday. I made an appointment for 12. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to make sure I was seen and respected the bankers time. I sat in the lobby 15 min past my appointment. 25 minutes total. Just sitting and waiting. The banker never even checked in with us to say she would be with us in a moment etc. I'm considering closing my accounts and moving banks all together after this experience.
Customers beware! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BANK!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I deposited a check into my account on the 6th, and chase put a hold on the check keeping all funds unavailable to access until the check was verified, which I understand, but then I spoke to 4 different employees asking when the funds would be released and I was told in a couple of hours. Omg in the lobby for an hour to open a business account. Ran out of the house without makeup to get here on time?! A text a call, no courtesy, my time is moneyvery very unprofessional! I lost my temper then cooled down wth
Been with them almost 2 years and sat in lobby today for an hour waiting to get a notary and never did cause I have to get to post office to get this legal mail out today. Ty for the inconvenience today.
