Need to change ATM hours. Locking the door to reach the atm machines is very inconvenient.
The spanish speaking banker (Marco Ortiz Garcia) is incredibly rude and cannot be bothered to do anything. He is condecending and refuses to help with tasks that would take less than 5 minutes to accomplish. I would hope with Chase serving a community with a large amount of Spanish speaking guests, they would have friendly and easy to work with staff.
