I visited on a Saturday when it was quite busy, but the staff was very efficient. Ashley in particular was amazing. She was professional, attentive, and even took the time to let me know about an opportunity to upgrade my account. Great experience overall!
9 employees working. Need to perform a wire transfer. Only two out of nine employees can do a wire transfer they tell me. The two employees continue to take others not on the waiting list. I am sitting for an hour to get my money sent out to where I need it. Somehow this feels counterproductive. Time to start looking for a new bank.
Went there to open a checking account, the whole team was highly professional and the service was fast and simple. Megan was super helpful and very patient! Highly recommend
