Had a great experience in person, can’t say anything good my experience virtually. Got denied on a credit card application for fraud TWICE. Went in person TWICE, they were still unable to verify after I’ve given them everything required. Pretty insane when I get spammed mail from chase every week saying that I’m pre-selected. The appointments I had with Justin, a Private Client Banker, went great until he had to call headquarters. Really frustrating to see such a huge disconnect between headquarters and this branch. Went to pull out money, and the Teller decides to TELL everyone in the building what's left in my account! Unprofessional! That's why you give a receipt! Don't need to here your excuses......
DO NOT go to this bank. I needed to open a trust account and showed up for the scheduled appointment on Saturday and they said "You are welcome to wait 45 minutes and we might be able to get to you, but we double booked you. Sorry." So, I left. I then went to another scheduled appointment for the same reason and they said, "Sorry, you need to bring in X paperwork."
