WentFriday 8/8/25 as it wasn’t busy, spoke to young gentleman who was checking in clients to speak to the customer service representative. I explained to him what I needed and told him I still needed to to speak with someone. He said we have a 4pm available, no problem as I had my son with me. It was triple digits outside so we waited inside to my surprise when it got closer to 4pm he has me again if I needed help and I said I’m waiting for m appointment. ATM always out of order
Do not trust this bank or its employees. They allow fraud at this bank, the managers do nothing but screw things up more and say sorry and freeze my funds. I would not do business here or trust anyone from this location. I'm pulling out all my personal money and business money. I don't normally write reviews but I will be sending multiple to warn others not to do business here
How long has it been that you guys can't fix the doors to use the inside ATM after hours? Or extend the hours of operation especially when your bank has 1 ATM working.
