Stellar service here. They will help with paperwork from another location/dept. I found this to be convenient and downright nice.

I got attended by a lovely employee who helped me with a account to which I needed help with some misceleanous online stuff
Don't go to this Chase this one's not a real Bank if you just need an ATM they have that but nothing else no tellers it is a complete waste of time.
