I've done business with this branch for years. The customer service is now HORRIBLE (it has been for the past two years now, slowly but surely). Tellers are fake and are not kind nor do they care about the customer! Find another bank - this branch no longer chooses to practice even the most BASIC customer service.
It ain't WAMU anymore – I have had the same account for over 20 years, though admittedly, I only kept it open for the last 5 years for the quarterly AD&D withdrawal. When they took my last $10.84 out as a service charge, I determined I didn't need to keep it open, so I went in to get a courtesy reversal and close it if need be.
